Be prepared to sweat and drink plenty of water before attending!

In efforts to maintain the integrity of each level, please do not attend more advanced classes until you have a strong practice and understanding of our Beginner's Hot Yoga Class.

BEGINNER's HOT YOGA
(New Beginner - All Levels)

Our Beginner Hot Yoga is powerful Hatha Yoga practice that is great for beginner's as well as advanced practitioners. The class is taught in a moist, hot room (about 105 degrees) which helps loosen tight muscles and promotes sweating to help detoxify the body. Class moves at a slower pace, and more time is spent focusing on posture alignment and breathing technique. Each pose is held for 5-10 breaths with a short rest between to relax, integrate, and slow the heart rate. This class is powerful and transformational, will build cardiovascular health, flexibility and bring you physical, mental and emotional strength.

SILENT HOT YOGA
(Advanced Beginner & Beyond)

The Silent Hot Yoga Practice is the same class we teach in the Beginner Hot Yoga class, however there is no verbal instruction, the teacher just calls the poses. Students should attend at least 10 led Beginner Hot Yoga Classes before attending the Silent Hot Yoga classes.

HOT YOGA FUSION
(Advanced Beginner-All Levels)

Hot Yoga Fusion is our Beginner Hot Yoga class with an introduction to Vinyasa. Sun Salutations, deeper hip openers, backbends and inversions are taught with options for all levels. When you are ready for something different than our Beginner's Hot Yoga class, join us for Hot Yoga Fusion! Students should attend at least 10 led Beginner Hot Yoga Classes before attending.

VINYASA
(Intermediate)

Vinyasa classes move at a faster pace than our Beginner Hot Yoga classes, each posture flows right into the next in conjunction with the breath, with less rests between. This class is powerful and intended for seasoned students that understand the integration of breath and movement and practices with strength, control and body awareness. Inversions and deeper poses are explored, as we incorporate methods from Dharma Yoga, Ashtanga, and Baptiste Power Yoga. The studio is not heated quite as much as the beginner class however you will build just as much heat because the class moves faster. Be ready to sweat, work hard and conclude class with a deep relaxation.

ASHTANGA
(Intermediate)

The Ashtanga Primary Series is a more vigorous and challenging therapeutic system of yoga created by Pattabi Jois designed to create an internal heat to detoxify the body by cleansing muscles and internal organs, as well as improving circulation and overall health. It is a set sequenced that students are urged to memorize so that the may move into a deeper meditation during the postures and may also attend the Mysore classes for a silent, more personal practice.


MYSORE ASHTANGA
(Advanced)

This is a self-paced, "Mysore" inspired practice, with each student practicing the Ashtanga Primary Series in sequence from memory. Once memorized the student has the freedom to variate and modify the sequence. There will be a class leader in attendance to guide, assist and adjust when needed, however there is little verbal instruction. The Mysore Ashtanga classes are intended for advanced students and yoga teachers who want to deepen their personal practice.
